Synthetic Worlds Initiative at Indiana University


		The Kuurian Expedition Staff and volunteers of the Synthetic Worlds Initiative maintain a guild presence in Sony Online Entertainment's synthetic world EverQuest II. In keeping with the spirit of exploration, SWI guilds will be modeled on the scientific expeditions of the 15th to 19th centuries. The realm of Kuuria, introduced in the lore of Ludium I, will now be said to be interested in sending such expedition to the wild and foreign lands of cyberia.
